About the Opportunity
Tata 1mg is hiring CA Industrial Trainees for its Business Finance team in Gurgaon. This opportunity offers exposure to business finance, financial planning, reporting, and analytical functions within a fast-growing digital healthcare company. The role is ideal for CA students looking to gain practical experience in a technology-driven corporate environment.
Eligibility
- CA students eligible for Industrial Training under ICAI regulations
- Strong accounting and finance fundamentals
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Strong analytical mindset
- Immediate joiners (within 2 weeks) preferred

What You Will Work On
- Performing revenue, margin, and cost analysis across business verticals
- Supporting MIS reporting and management dashboards
- Assisting in budgeting and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) variance analysis
- Working on financial modelling and scenario analysis projects
- Supporting business finance reporting and performance tracking
- Assisting in automation initiatives and system-driven finance processes
- Collaborating with business and finance teams on analytical assignments
