About the Opportunity
Rapidvise Consulting is hiring Article Assistants for its Chennai office. The role is designed for CA students seeking exposure across audit, taxation, accounting, compliance, advisory, and transaction-related assignments while working closely with experienced professionals and diverse clients.
Eligibility
- Candidates pursuing Chartered Accountancy
- Eligible to commence articleship as per ICAI norms
- Strong interest in Audit, Taxation, Accounting, Compliance, and Advisory Services
- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Willingness to travel
Stipend / Salary
- First Year: ₹12,000 per month
- Second Year: ₹15,000 per month

Egmore, Chennai
What You Will Work On
- Assisting in statutory audits, internal audits, and assurance assignments
- Supporting accounting and financial reporting engagements
- Working on GST, TDS, Income Tax, and regulatory compliance assignments
- Assisting in due diligence and transaction advisory engagements
- Supporting valuation and financial analysis assignments
- Working on CFO and Virtual CFO service engagements
- Preparing financial statements, management reports, and client documentation
- Assisting in M&A and IPO advisory-related assignments
- Interacting with startups, SMEs, corporates, and multinational clients across industries
