About the Opportunity

Lenskart is hiring CA Industrial Trainees for its Financial Reporting Controllership (FRC) team. The role offers exposure to financial reporting, accounting, audit coordination, and controllership functions within a fast-growing multinational organization. Candidates with 12–18 months of industrial training eligibility are encouraged to apply.

Eligibility

• CA Articleship candidates eligible for Industrial Training with 12–18 months remaining.
• Preference for candidates from Big 6 firms.
• Candidates from other firms with strong technical accounting and statutory audit experience may also apply.
• Exposure to listed entities, large corporates, or international assignments will be an added advantage.
• Good understanding of Accounting Standards, Financial Reporting, and Audit concepts.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Immediate joiners or candidates serving a notice period of up to 15 days preferred.

What You Will Work On

• Supporting financial reporting and controllership activities.
• Assisting in the preparation and review of financial statements and reporting schedules.
• Coordinating with auditors and supporting audit-related requirements.

• Preparing reconciliations and financial analysis reports.
• Assisting in month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
• Supporting management reporting and internal control processes.
