About the Opportunity
Elite Valuation is hiring Article Assistants for its Ahmedabad office. The role offers hands-on exposure to business valuations, financial modelling, FEMA compliance, AIF registration, and cross-border taxation while working on specialised advisory assignments in a consulting environment.

- CA student eligible to pursue Articleship.
- Strong analytical skills and willingness to build a career in valuation and advisory.

What You Will Work On
- Assist in preparing business valuation reports and financial analyses.
- Support financial modelling for valuation and advisory assignments.
- Assist with FEMA compliance-related documentation and analysis.
- Support Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) registration assignments.
- Conduct research related to cross-border taxation matters.
- Prepare working papers, reports, and supporting documentation.
- Work with senior professionals on valuation and advisory engagements.
