About the Job

Arthtattva is seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) for the role of Assistant Manager-MIS. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the MIS functions, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, and providing insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Eligibility

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• 1-3 years of experience in MIS, financial analysis, or related roles.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyse, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data and reports.
• Conduct variance analysis and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data in the MIS.
• Develop and implement data management policies and procedures.
• Identify areas for process improvements and implement best practices.
• Automate reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Support internal and external audit processes.
• Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping for audit purposes.
• Work closely with finance, operations, and other departments to gather and analyze data.
• Provide support and training to team members on MIS tools and processes.
• Communicate effectively with senior management and other stakeholders.
