About the Job
VettaSource is hiring on behalf of one of the top boutique investment banking firms in Bangalore for the position of Investment Banking Analyst. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on exposure across M&A, fundraising, valuations, and financial advisory mandates.
Eligibility
- CA Fresher or 0–2 years of relevant experience (Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Transaction Advisory, Valuations, or related roles).
- Strong knowledge of financial statements, valuation methodologies, and deal structuring.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities
- Conducting in-depth financial analysis, valuation, and modeling.
- Preparing investor presentations, pitch books, and deal collaterals.
- Assisting in transaction execution including M&A, private equity, and fundraising deals.
- Performing industry and company research to support strategic insights.
- Coordinating with clients, investors, and internal teams for smooth deal execution.
- Supporting senior bankers in managing end-to-end deal processes.
