SV provides investors access to pre-screened Startup deals with an option to co-invest with other investors. Startups can create their online profile to network with investors to raise funds. With the hybrid (Online and Offline) approach of engagement, SV focuses on retaining the personal touch while assisting in closing deals digitally. SV team also helps in deal related affairs like Due Diligence, Valuation, Legal Documents and Portfolio Management.

- Basic understanding of the startup ecosystem
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently & in a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and make an impact
Responsibilities
- Engage with startup founders and investors
- Prepare client presentations, due diligence reports, and deal summaries
- Assist in financial analysis, including modeling and valuation
- Conduct market research and data analysis to support deals
- Stay updated on startup ecosystem trends and market dynamics
