About the Job

Henkel is looking for Industrial Trainees (Finance).

Responsibilities

• Assistance in routine Business Data analysis and preparation of monthly performance reports (SBU / Finance) .
• Adhoc data analysis tasks as directed by supervisor(s) .
• Working closely with finance and sales team .
• Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports & action plans .
• Developing project plans, and monitoring performance, also Monitoring deliverables, and ensuring timely completion of projects .
• Developing innovative solutions for operational and strategic reports .
• Major focus with finance, OTC & Treasury, Taxation areas .

• Must have effective communication skills.
• Should be well-versed in using the big data and maximize process automation for data analysis accordingly .
• Critical thinking skills .
• Well versed on Microsoft, Power Point & SAP .
