Tattvam Capital is looking for a CA Article Trainee to join its Investment Banking division.
Eligibility
- Eligible for CA Articleship
- Interest in investment banking, capital markets, and fundraising
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Proficiency in MS excel, powerpoint and word
- Good communication and presentation skills
Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard potential clients for fundraising, IPOs, and private placements
- Build and maintain relationships with promoters, corporate executives, and investors
- Conduct market research to identify companies requiring capital for expansion
- Represent the firm in networking events and industry conferences
- Assist in preparing investor presentations, pitch decks, and financial models
- Support deal execution, including liaising with clients, regulators, and stakeholders
