Eligibility
- Strong understanding of Financial Statements & Standards (AS/Ind AS), with exposure to transition & impact assessment.
- Ability to support Financial Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting & Variance Analysis.
- Experience in preparing MIS, Dashboards & Management Reports with actionable insights.
- Familiarity with Valuation & Modelling techniques (DCF, sensitivity, comparables).
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel & PowerPoint for data automation & professional presentations.
- Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving skills to identify gaps & recommend solutions.
- Interest in Corporate Finance & FP&A activities – capital allocation, cost optimization, working capital management.
- Basic knowledge of Compliance & Tax (GST, TDS, filings).
- Ability to assist in Strategic Research, Industry Benchmarking & Market Analysis.
