Eligibility

• Strong understanding of Financial Statements & Standards (AS/Ind AS), with exposure to transition & impact assessment.
• Ability to support Financial Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting & Variance Analysis.
• Experience in preparing MIS, Dashboards & Management Reports with actionable insights.
• Familiarity with Valuation & Modelling techniques (DCF, sensitivity, comparables).
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel & PowerPoint for data automation & professional presentations.
• Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving skills to identify gaps & recommend solutions.
• Interest in Corporate Finance & FP&A activities – capital allocation, cost optimization, working capital management.
• Basic knowledge of Compliance & Tax (GST, TDS, filings).
• Ability to assist in Strategic Research, Industry Benchmarking & Market Analysis.
