Responsibilities
- Accounting & Reporting: Journal entries, trial balances, P&L, balance sheets & cash-flow statements under Ind AS/GAAP.
- Audit & Assurance: Risk assessment, test-of-controls, vouching, inventory counts & audit working papers.
- Taxation: Prepare & file income-tax returns, TDS/TCS compliance; reconcile and e-file GST returns.
- Regulatory Compliance: Draft ROC board resolutions; prepare e-forms (MGT-7, AOC-4); maintain statutory registers.
- Corporate Finance Support: Assist due diligence, build simple financial models (DCF, debt schedules) & cap-table checks.
