UBS is seeking ambitious students for its highly competitive 2026 12-month Internship Program in Controls Assurance. This full-time, on-site role is situated within UBS Group Compliance, Regulatory & Governance (GCRG) in Pune.

Program Overview

The Controls Assurance team performs independent testing and assurance of procedural controls that mitigate major risks, specifically covering SOX and non-SOX testing components. Candidates must be curious, collaborative, and dedicated, with strong analytical and communication skills. If successful, interns may receive an offer to join UBS’s esteemed Graduate Talent Program post-qualification. Responsibilities

The internship focuses on gaining hands-on experience in finance and testing controls. Duties involve:

• Attending essential training sessions.
• Executing Operating Effectiveness (OE) testing.
• Resolving QA review points efficiently and maintaining the testing status tracker.
• Participating actively in progress meetings concerning control issues.
