About the Job

MediBuddy is hiring a CA Industrial Trainee to join its finance team in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The role offers hands-on exposure to various facets of accounting, financial reporting, and audit processes within a leading healthcare technology company.

Eligibility

• Successful completion of CA Intermediate (both groups) from ICAI.
• Completed 12–18 months of articleship with a reputed firm.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and auditing standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Must be eligible to undertake industrial training as per ICAI regulations.
• CA Final examination due in May 2026 or later.
• Available for full-time commitment during the training period.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to applicable accounting standards.
• Prepare necessary documentation and explanations to facilitate smooth statutory and internal audits.
• Perform regular reconciliations of accounts, identify discrepancies, and assist in their resolution to maintain data integrity.
• Contribute to the identification and implementation of process improvements within the finance function to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
