About the Job

Ninjacart is hiring CA Industrial Trainees to join its Finance team in Bengaluru. This opportunity offers an exciting blend of analytical, accounting, and operational experience in a dynamic, high-growth environment. As part of the Ninja Clan, you’ll work closely with industry experts and contribute to building scalable financial systems that support the company’s mission-driven goals.

Eligibility

• Pursuing CA Industrial Training
• Strong understanding of accounting, reporting, and auditing principles
• Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Proactive team player with a drive to learn and grow

Responsibilities

• Assist in financial statement preparation and analysis
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Participate in audits, compliance checks, and process reviews
• Work on reconciliations, GL accounting, and month-end closures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial efficiency
