About the Job

Philips is hiring CA Trainees for its Chennai office. This role provides an opportunity to work in a global environment and gain exposure to accounting, reporting, internal controls, and process improvement initiatives within a well-established multinational organization.

Eligibility

• Completed or about to complete 1 year of articleship with a reputed CA firm by January 2026.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to commit 10–12 months of industrial training.
• This is a Chennai-based role only and requires working from the Chennai office.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

• Ensuring accurate and timely accounting processes.
• Verifying compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Preparation of JVs, BSARs, and internal controls documentation.
• Coordinating with market stakeholders for routine activities and follow-ups.
• Providing timely and accurate data for fiscal reporting and other requirements.
• Preparing and sharing documentation/samples for audits.
• Managing third-party colleagues involved in transactional activities.
• Driving continuous improvement projects and standardization initiatives.
• Providing commentary for Trial Statement Review.
• Achieving RTR goals and key performance indicators.
