Article Assistant – Corporate Finance
Eligibility
- CA Finalist
Stipend
₹14,000 – ₹17,000 per month
Skills Required
- Strong MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Analytical mindset with high attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Associate – Corporate Finance (Valuation & Transaction Advisory)
Eligibility
- Semi-qualified CA or MBA or CFA Level I / II
- 0–2 years’ experience in valuation, financial modelling, investment banking or transaction advisory (preferred but not mandatory)
Salary
As per industry standards
Skills Required
- Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Understanding of M&A, due diligence and capital structuring
- Strong report-writing and client communication skills
