About the Role
Sanjay Modi & Co. is inviting applications for the position of Article Assistant. This opportunity offers diversified exposure across taxation, audit, corporate laws, and restructuring advisory.
Eligibility
- CA Intermediate – Both Groups Cleared (IPCC or New Scheme)
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow
Core Areas of Exposure
Direct Taxation (Income Tax):
- Income Tax Return Filing
- Tax Planning & Advisory
- TDS Compliance
- Handling Assessment & Reassessment Proceedings
- Search & Seizure (Investigation Cases)
- Appeals & Representations
Indirect Taxation (GST):
- GST Return Filing (GSTR-1, 3B, 9, etc.)
- GST Audit
- Input Tax Credit Reviews
- Departmental Queries & Advisory
Audit & Assurance:
- Statutory Audits (Companies, Firms, Trusts)
- Tax Audits under the Income Tax Act
- Internal Audits across various sectors
- IFC (Internal Financial Control) Audits
Corporate & Allied Laws:
- Company Incorporation & ROC Compliance
- MCA Filings & Company Law Advisory
- LLP Incorporation & Compliance
- Drafting Resolutions, Minutes, and Compliance Documents
Mergers & Restructuring Advisory:
- Business Restructuring Strategies
- Due Diligence
- Financial Projections and Valuations
- Legal & Regulatory Documentation
Stipend
- 1st Year: ₹10,000 per month
- 2nd Year: ₹12,000 per month
