About the Job
PNB Investment Services Limited (PNBISL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Punjab National Bank, is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our Corporate Advisory team.
Position: Manager – Corporate Advisory
Eligibility
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in Project Finance, Debt Resolution, or Corporate Advisory
- Preferred Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA (Finance) from a reputed institute
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end execution of Debt Syndication proposals.
- Manage Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) transactions, including due diligence and structuring.
- Develop and implement strategies for Debt Resolution and restructuring.
- Develop comprehensive financial models and prepare detailed Information Memorandums.
- ·Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure successful deal closure.
- Compensation: Attractive and commensurate with experience.
