About the Job
Tata Consumer Products Limited is hiring a CA Industrial Trainee to support the Category Finance team. This role offers hands-on exposure to financial planning, performance analysis, and commercial decision support within a large FMCG organisation.

Eligibility
- CA Intermediate qualified (both groups preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with sound finance fundamentals
- Proficiency in MS Excel (PowerPoint knowledge is an added advantage)
- Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn
Responsibilities [Category Finance]
- Support category-wise financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Assist in monthly MIS, variance analysis, and performance tracking
- Analyze pricing, margins, and promotional spends
- Support cost optimization initiatives and profitability analysis
- Partner with sales and marketing teams for data-driven decision-making
- Assist in financial modeling and management presentations
Stipend
₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
