About the Industrial Training Opportunity

Innovaccer is hiring CA Industrial Trainees for its Finance Team. This opportunity is suited for CA Final students (September 2027 attempt onwards) who are looking to gain hands-on exposure in a fast-growing startup environment across core finance and strategic finance functions.

Role Description

The industrial trainee will work closely with the Finance team across:

• Controllership (GL, Expense, and Revenue Accounting)
• Strategic Finance (FP&A)

Eligibility

• CA Finalist (September 2027 attempt onwards)
• Must have completed at least 12 months of articleship
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets
• Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and willingness to learn

Key Exposure Areas

• MIS preparation
• Accounting support and coordination
• Financial analysis
• Interaction with internal stakeholders
• Understanding end-to-end finance processes
• Exposure to US GAAP reporting requirements

Stipend will be as per industry norms
