About the Articleship Opportunity

Bansal Sinha & Co. is inviting applications for Articled Trainees to join its team. The role offers excellent hands-on exposure across audits, taxation, banking, and corporate compliances, working with a large and diversified client base.
Immediate joiners are preferred.

Areas of Practical Exposure

• Statutory Audit: Audit planning, vouching, verification, audit documentation, and reporting
• Internal Audit: Process reviews, internal controls, compliance checking, and reporting
• Bank Audit: Statutory branch audits, LFAR, verification of advances, deposits, and NPAs
• Concurrent Audit: Daily transaction checking, revenue leakage, compliance, and reporting
• Credit & Revenue Audit of Banks: Loan appraisal review, stock and book debt verification
• GST Compliance: GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, and GSTR-9C
• Income Tax: Computation of income, TDS workings, return filing, scrutiny, and assessment support
• ROC Compliances: Company incorporation, AOC-4, MGT-7, DIR-3 KYC, and other MCA filings

Stipend

Stipend will be more than ICAI prescribed norms.
