About the Industrial Training Opportunity
Kohler Co. is introducing a 1-Year Industrial Trainee Certification Program within its Finance team to provide hands-on industry exposure and support its growing business needs. This program offers practical learning through involvement in live finance processes across key functions.
Program Overview
- Duration: 12 months
- Program Type: Industrial Trainee – Finance (Certification Program)
- Exposure: Multiple core finance functions with hands-on responsibilities
Eligibility
- CA Intermediate
- 1 year of articleship completed with a Big 5 firm
Responsibilities
- Support internal controls and internal audit activities
- Assist in developing SOPs and Risk Control Matrices (RCM)
- Contribute to statutory audit closures
- Support implementation of finance process improvements
Stipend
₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
