About the Job

Makia Capital is hiring a CA Article Trainee – Investment Analyst to strengthen its team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. This opportunity offers deep, hands-on exposure to investment analysis, fund accounting, SME IPOs, and venture capital operations.

Eligibility

• Cleared both groups of CA Intermediate
• ICITSS completed (IT & Orientation Course)
• Eligible for Articleship
• Strong analytical and MS Excel skills with research capability
• Detail-oriented, organised, and eager to learn fund operations and due diligence
• Only freshers (No transfer cases)

Note: Once selected, no transfer requests will be entertained during the articleship period.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining books of accounts for the Investment Manager and the Fund
• Supporting financial due diligence for SME IPOs and private equity deals
• Assisting in fund accounting and reporting for AIF structures
• Preparing investor presentations and financial models (peer comparison, dilution analysis, etc.)
• Coordinating with auditors, fund administrators, and legal advisors
• Assisting in investor reach-outs and related administrative tasks
