About the Industrial Training Opportunity

Licious is hiring a CA Industrial Trainee to join its Finance team. This role offers hands-on exposure to financial planning, analysis, and reporting within a fast-growing consumer brand.

Eligibility

• Completed 2 years of articleship and CA Final year student eligible for Industrial Training
• Strong interest in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and analysis of financial plans, budgets, and forecasts
• Perform variance analysis between actuals and budgets; identify trends and gaps
• Build financial models to analyze performance and support data-driven decisions
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations
• Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and performance improvements
• Create management dashboards and financial KPIs
• Support internal stakeholder presentations
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Assist in ad-hoc financial analysis, projects, and investment/business case evaluations
