Neel Shah & Associates is inviting applications for the position of Article Assistant (Trainee) for CS students and freshers who wish to build a strong foundation in their Company Secretary career through practical learning.
Eligibility
- CS students / freshers with basic knowledge of corporate laws.
- Good command over written and spoken English.
- Interest in research, drafting, and compliance work.
- Professional attitude with willingness to learn and grow.
Responsibilities
- Corporate & allied laws and secretarial compliances.
- Regulatory filings, documentation, and procedural work.
- Legal research, drafting, and interpretation.
- Real-time professional and client assignments.
Stipend
Above ICSI norms / based on experience.
Location
Ahmedabad
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
