About the Job
YourNest Venture Capital is hiring CMA Industrial Trainees for its Gurugram office. This opportunity offers exposure to fund accounting, financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and investor reporting within the investment funds space.

Responsibilities
- Managing fund accounting and financial reporting activities for Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs)
- Computation and analysis of fund performance metrics such as NAV, IRR, DPI, RVPI, and TVPI
- Monitoring fund expenses, management fees, and reconciliation of fund-level transactions
- Supporting SEBI quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc filings along with SEBI/RBI compliances related to investments and divestments
- Preparation of quarterly and annual investor reports including Statement of Accounts (SOA), unit statements, distribution notices
- Responding to investor queries
Eligibility
- Age Limit: 19–24 years
- Strong understanding of Accounting and Finance concepts
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Interest in Investment Funds / Financial Services sector
Compensation
₹18,000 per month
