About the Job
Zetwerk Electronics is hiring a Finance Industrial Trainee for its Electronics Division in Bangalore.
This opportunity is ideal for CA students eligible for industrial training who are looking to gain hands-on exposure in a dynamic corporate manufacturing environment.
The selected candidate will support core finance functions including financial reporting, compliance, budgeting, cost analysis, and audit support.
Eligibility
- Pursuing CA (ICAI) / CMA (ICMAI) and eligible for industrial training as per institute guidelines
- Strong academic record with sound understanding of accounting and finance principles
- Proficiency in MS Excel (ERP knowledge such as SAP/Oracle is an advantage)
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Self-motivated with strong professional ethics
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Prepare management reports and presentations
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and compliance requirements
- Assist in accounts payable, receivable, reconciliations, and transaction processing
- Participate in inventory accounting, cost analysis, and standard costing review
- Support statutory and internal audits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process improvements
- Contribute to special finance projects as assigned
