Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited is hiring CA Industrial Trainees for its finance teams in Pune and Kagal.
This opportunity offers exposure across different finance domains including internal audit, corporate reporting, MIS, and plant finance operations.
Available Roles
1️⃣ Internal Audit – Pune
Focus: Governance & Process Excellence
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting process walkthroughs
- Developing process understanding and performing data analysis
- Coordinating with stakeholders for audit closure
- Supporting internal audit processes
Travel Requirement: Up to 10% travel
Preferred: Prior exposure to Internal Audit
2️⃣ Management Reporting & MIS – Pune
Focus: Strategic Finance & Compliance
Key Responsibilities:
- Working on Ind AS and statutory reporting in a listed environment
- Preparing management reports and MIS for stakeholders
Tech Stack: Advanced Excel & PowerPoint (Power BI knowledge preferred)
Preferred: Prior exposure to Statutory or Internal Audit
3️⃣ Plant Finance & Costing – Kagal
Focus: Operations & Business Support
Key Responsibilities:
- Cost management and inventory control
- Supporting Accounts Payable and customer reconciliations
- Participation in physical inventory verification and statutory audits
Tech Stack: Advanced Excel and MS Office
Eligibility
- CA Intermediate cleared
- Available for minimum 11 months to 1 year industrial training
