About the Job
Johnson & Johnson MedTech is hiring CA Industrial Trainees in Mumbai.
This opportunity provides exposure across key finance functions such as Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Business Finance Partnering, and Account-to-Report (ATR) while working with global teams and industry experts.
Eligibility
- Currently in 2nd year of CA Articleship
- CA Intermediate cleared (rank holders preferred)
- Articleship experience from Big4 firms preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to clearly articulate ideas and collaborate with stakeholders
- Adaptability to changing environments and new technologies
- Good organizational and analytical capabilities
- Ability to manage ambiguity and multiple priorities
- Digital literacy and interest in automation tools
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and MS Office (especially Excel)
- Willingness to work in shifts to collaborate with global teams
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
Responsibilities
- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
- Upholding integrity and ethical conduct aligned with the J&J Credo
- Supporting operations within one of the following finance functions:
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Business Finance Partner (BUF)
- Account-to-Report (ATR)
- Contributing to continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives
