About the Job
Hindalco Industries Limited (Eternia) is inviting applications from CA students for its Industrial Training program. This is a unique consulting-style role that goes beyond traditional finance functions, offering exposure to business strategy, sales analytics, and market research in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Eligibility
- CA Final students eligible for 12+ months of Industrial Training
- Strong interest in business strategy, analytics, and problem-solving
- Curious, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Conduct business analytics to identify performance trends and strategic insights
- Work on channel enablement and development projects
- Analyze sales performance, revenue drivers, and profitability levers
- Review dealer operations and identify bottlenecks in the value chain
- Contribute to market research, competitive benchmarking, and strategy formulation
