About the Opportunity

TRC Consulting is hiring CA Article Assistants for its GRC (Internal Auditing) team in Bangalore. The role is suitable for CA students who want practical exposure to internal audit, risk advisory, governance, risk and compliance assignments, along with broader analytical and advisory work beyond routine compliance.

Eligibility

• CA Intermediate with both groups cleared.
• ITT and OC training completed and approved on the ICAI portal.
• Strong interest in Internal Auditing, Risk Advisory, and GRC assignments.
• Eagerness to learn analytical and advisory work beyond compliance.

What You Will Work On

• Assisting in internal audit assignments across different business processes.
• Supporting risk and control reviews for operational and financial processes.
• Preparing audit working papers, process notes, and documentation.
• Identifying control gaps, compliance issues, and process improvement areas.
• Assisting in walkthroughs, testing, and review of internal controls.
• Supporting GRC assignments involving governance, risk assessment, and compliance reviews.
• Working with seniors on client deliverables, observations, and audit reports.
