VKDS is hiring Article Assistants for its Chennai office. This role offers comprehensive exposure across audit, taxation, and regulatory domains, making it an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking practical learning in diverse professional areas.
Eligibility
- Completed CA Intermediate (Both Groups)
Responsibilities
- Exposure to Statutory, Tax, Bank, and Internal Audits
- Experience in Direct and Indirect Tax compliances, including appeals and notices
- Exposure to International Taxation
- Involvement in ROC matters, including foreign company incorporation
- Experience in RBI & FEMA compliances
- Preparation of project reports and CMA data for banking and funding requirements
