About the Role
The firm is inviting applications for Article Assistants at its Kandivali, Mumbai office. This role offers extensive exposure to statutory audits, tax audits, and due diligence assignments, providing strong practical training for CA aspirants.
Areas of Exposure
- Statutory Audit & Tax Audit of listed and unlisted entities
- Financial Due Diligence
- IPO-related work
- Implementation of processes ensuring compliance with AS and Ind AS
- Assisting and completing statutory audits in accordance with the Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable laws
Eligibility
- CA students pursuing articleship
- Eager to gain practical experience in statutory audits and compliance
- Strong analytical and learning mindset
Stipend
- ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Location
Kandivali, Mumbai, Maharashtra
