About the Opportunity

BrainWorks Consulting is hiring four Article Trainees for its Gurugram office. The role offers exposure to accounting, taxation, compliance, audit advisory, risk management, and strategic consulting assignments. The opportunity is designed to provide a broad learning experience across multiple business and finance functions while working with domestic and international clients.

Eligibility

• CA Intermediate qualified with both groups cleared
• Transfer cases are accepted
• Strong conceptual understanding of Accounting, Taxation, and Corporate Laws
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency in Tally Prime or ERP 9
• Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills

Stipend / Salary

Compensation will be better than industry standards for the right candidate.

What You Will Work On

• Managing bookkeeping assignments and assisting in periodic closure of books
• Performing bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and accounting reviews
• Supporting GST compliance, reconciliations, and indirect tax advisory work
• Assisting with TDS compliance, tax planning, and tax-related documentation
• Supporting income tax and GST assessment, appeal, and litigation matters
• Reviewing client financial statements and audit readiness documentation
• Assisting in Companies Act compliances, ROC filings, and regulatory requirements
• Supporting EPFO compliance, payroll advisory, and corporate compliance assignments
• Assisting clients in developing SOPs, business processes, and operational controls
• Participating in strategic consulting, business restructuring, and growth advisory projects
