About the Job
This opportunity is strictly for students seeking Articleship as per ICAI requirements. Applicants must be available for a physical interview at Hyderabad. They are looking for highly motivated and dedicated Article Assistants to join their team, offering valuable experience in various aspects of taxation and auditing.
Eligibility
- Pursuing or recently completed the Chartered Accountancy (CA) Intermediate or CWA Intermediate.
- General knowledge of direct and indirect tax laws and compliance procedures.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
Responsibilities
- Assisting in the preparation and filing of direct and indirect tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations.
- Conducting research and analysis on tax laws, regulations, and rulings to ensure compliance.
- Preparing and reviewing tax computations, tax provisions, and tax-related schedules.
- Assisting in tax planning and advisory services, including identifying tax-saving opportunities.
- Performing internal and statutory Audits, including the examination of financial records and statements.
- Preparing and reviewing GST filings, reconciliation statements, and related compliance documentation.
- Assisting in TDS filings, ensuring accurate withholding and timely remittance.
- Collaborating with team members to perform Bank CMA (Credit Monitoring Arrangement) and related financial analysis.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of changes in tax laws, regulations, and accounting standards.
- Assisting in client interactions and responding to tax-related queries.
