Client Exposure
Startups, proprietorships, partnership firms, corporates (listed and non-listed), SMEs, and LLPs.
Responsibilities
- Assisting in IPO documentation, due diligence, and regulatory processes
- Working on GAAP conversion, financial analysis, and advisory engagements
- Supporting debt syndication activities including financial evaluation and reporting
- Contributing to audit assignments, accounting, and financial reporting
- Assisting in direct and indirect tax compliance and advisory
- Supporting company law, statutory, and secretarial compliances
- Coordinating with seniors and clients for execution and data collection
