Statutory & Tax Audits, Valuations (Registered Valuer – SFA), FEMA & RBI Compliances, Transfer Pricing & International Taxation, Labour Law & Employment Compliance, IPO Advisory & Listing Support, Secretarial & Corporate Compliance, Due Diligence & Transaction Support.
