About the Job
TAM India Family Office Advisors is inviting applications from CA Articles / Trainees / Semi-Qualified CAs for their Janakpuri Office (DELHI-NCR applicants preferred).
The role offers dynamic exposure and a robust learning environment in core areas like Income Tax, Tax Advisory, Tax Litigations, ITR filings, Income Tax compliances, Merger & Acquisitions, FEMA, Audit, Companies Act compliances, and Estate & Succession planning.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include assisting with direct tax compliance, FEMA regulations, M&A activities, and handling complex queries related to the Income Tax act, Companies Act, and FEMA. Applicants should possess a solid understanding of taxation laws, Companies Act, FEMA, and other regulatory frameworks, along with strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
This is a significant career opportunity for CA students and Semi-Qualified CAs eager to gain practical experience.
