Emerging India Value Advisory is hiring- CA Articleship Opportunity in Investment Banking.
Eligibility
- Good Communication & presentation skills
- Known to MS Office & general IT applications
- Hunger to learn & self-motivated
Resposnibilities
- Prepare transaction documents including information memorandum and financial model.
- Analyse and evaluate sectors/companies including historical financial statements, ratio analysis and relative valuation benchmarking.
- Take business development initiative for mapping new clients.
- Assist team members in Due diligence and deal closure.
- Co-ordinating with various stakeholders including investors, lenders and client’s team member.
