About the Opportunity
Aditya Birla Ventures is hiring CA Industrial Trainees for its Mumbai office. The role offers exposure to the growth investing ecosystem and provides an opportunity to work closely with investment professionals while gaining insight into venture capital and startup evaluation processes.
Eligibility
- CA students eligible for Industrial Training under ICAI regulations
- Must be available for the complete 12-month industrial training period
- Strong analytical and financial aptitude
- Interest in investments, startups, and venture capital
Stipend / Salary

What You Will Work On
- Supporting investment research and analysis activities
- Assisting in evaluating startups and growth-stage businesses
- Working on financial analysis and business performance reviews
- Supporting due diligence and investment assessment processes
- Assisting in preparation of investment-related presentations and reports
- Conducting market and industry research on emerging sectors
- Supporting portfolio monitoring and business analysis activities
