About the Opportunity
Axis Bank is hiring Industrial Trainees for its Internal Audit Department within the Retail Assets – Credit Audit/File Audit vertical. Based at Axis House, Worli, Mumbai, this opportunity offers exposure to audit processes within the retail lending and credit function of a leading private sector bank.

- CA Intermediate (Both Groups Cleared)
- Eligible for Industrial Training under ICAI regulations
- Internal Audit or Bank Audit experience preferred
- Strong analytical and communication skills

What You Will Work On
- Assisting in credit audit and file audit assignments within retail assets
- Reviewing loan documentation and compliance with internal policies
- Supporting internal audit procedures and control testing activities
- Assisting in verification of credit processes and lending operations
- Preparing audit observations, working papers, and supporting documentation
- Supporting risk assessment and compliance reviews
- Coordinating with business and audit teams during audit engagements
