About the Opportunity
BPCL is inviting applications for the position of CA Industrial Trainee in its Retail Finance Department at the Chennai (Anna Nagar) office. The training period is for one year, and selected candidates will gain practical exposure to finance-related functions within a large public sector enterprise. Immediate joining is preferred.

Eligibility
- CA students eligible to undergo Industrial Training as per ICAI norms
- Maximum 2 attempts in CA examinations
- Preference will be given to candidates based in South India
Stipend / Salary
- ₹20,000 per month
What You Will Work On
- Assisting the Retail Finance team in day-to-day financial operations
- Supporting month-end and periodic financial reporting activities
- Working with management reports and financial data analysis
- Assisting in budgeting, expense monitoring, and financial reviews
- Supporting internal control and compliance-related processes
- Coordinating with different business teams for finance-related requirements
- Learning finance processes within a large public sector organization
