About the Job
DSP Mutual Fund is hiring a CA Industrial Trainee – ETF Investment Support (Passive Investments) in Mumbai for a 12-month tenure.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Passive Investment Desk, where you will gain real-time exposure to ETF markets, index strategies, and automation-driven investment processes. You will support live investment decisions, work with data systems across Equity, Fixed Income, and Commodities ETFs, and contribute to research on passive investment strategies and new ETF launches.
Eligibility
- CA Intermediate / IPCC cleared and eligible for ICAI Industrial Training
- Strong Python skills
- Comfortable with MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Genuine interest in capital markets, ETFs, and passive investment strategies
- Bloomberg experience is a plus; exposure to statistics or AI is an added advantage
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently
Responsibilities
- Monitor ETF prices and order flows in live markets
- Develop Python-based tools for reporting and analytics
- Support automation projects within the investment team
- Contribute to research on passive investment strategies and ETF launches
