About the Opportunity
GSK India is hiring a CA Industrial Trainee for its Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team within the India Supply Chain function. Based at the company’s Worli office in Mumbai, this 12-month industrial training opportunity offers exposure to financial planning, business performance analysis, and supply chain finance operations.
Eligibility
- CA students eligible for Industrial Training as per ICAI norms
- Strong skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP
- Working knowledge of Power BI
- Basic understanding of financial statement analysis
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Available to join in early to mid July
Stipend / Salary
Stipend will be offered as per industry standards.

What You Will Work On
- Supporting Financial Planning & Analysis activities for the India Supply Chain function
- Assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and business performance monitoring
- Performing variance analysis and preparing management reports
- Working with financial and operational data to generate business insights
- Supporting preparation of presentations and financial dashboards
- Utilizing SAP, Excel, and Power BI for reporting and analysis activities
- Assisting in P&L analysis and interpretation of business performance trends
- Collaborating with finance and business stakeholders on planning and reporting requirements
