About the Opportunity
Licious is hiring a CA Industrial Trainee for its Bengaluru office. The role offers hands-on exposure to Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, business performance analysis, and management reporting within a fast-growing consumer-tech company.
Eligibility
- CA Final student eligible for Industrial Training
- Completed at least 1 year of articleship
- Strong interest in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
- Strong communication and analytical skills

What You Will Work On
- Assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
- Supporting variance analysis between actual and budgeted performance
- Developing and maintaining financial models for business analysis
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Analyzing financial data to identify cost optimization opportunities
- Supporting the creation of management dashboards and financial KPIs
- Assisting in business case evaluations and investment opportunity analysis
