About the Opportunity
PayU is hiring a CA Industrial Trainee for its Business Finance team in Gurugram. This 12-month ICAI-compliant industrial training opportunity offers exposure to fintech analytics, merchant finance operations, financial planning, and business performance analysis in a fast-paced payments environment.
Eligibility
- CA Inter cleared
- Eligible for Industrial Training under ICAI regulations
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Extra-curricular activities and regular college background preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Stipend / Salary
Stipend details will be shared during the selection process.
What You Will Work On
- Tracking merchant profitability and supporting P&L analysis
- Assisting in take rate analysis and business performance monitoring
- Preparing month-on-month variance reports and performance reviews
- Supporting forecasting and budgeting activities
- Working on financial analysis and business insights generation
- Creating and maintaining dashboards using Excel and Power BI
- Assisting in variance analysis and management reporting processes
