About the Opportunity
Pinaka Aerospace is hiring a CA Industrial Trainee for its Business Finance team. The role offers exposure to financial planning, budgeting, business performance analysis, management reporting, and business partnering within a manufacturing and technology-driven environment. Candidates based in Bangalore or willing to relocate will be preferred.
Eligibility
- CA students eligible for Industrial Training under ICAI regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of accounting, finance, and MS Excel.
- Interest in manufacturing, aerospace, and defence sectors.
- Willing to work from the Bangalore location.
Stipend / Salary
Stipend details will be shared during the selection process.
What You Will Work On
- Supporting Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) activities.
- Assisting in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Preparing business performance reports and MIS dashboards.
- Analyzing operational and financial data to support decision-making.
- Working with operations, procurement, and supply chain teams on business finance initiatives.
- Assisting in cost analysis and performance monitoring exercises.
- Supporting management reporting and strategic finance projects.
