About the Job
ReNew is inviting applications for CA Industrial Trainees at its Jaipur and Dholera locations. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical exposure in a professional, fast-paced environment within the renewable energy sector.
Eligibility
- CA students eligible for Industrial Training
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proactive approach with attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Drafting, implementing, and ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Conducting special reviews and internal control assessments
- Managing and monitoring Plant Inventory (PV), including verification and reconciliation
- Coordinating with external auditors and internal stakeholders/process owners
- Supporting statutory audits, internal audits, and compliance activities
- Assisting in strengthening the internal control framework and risk management processes
- Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and corporate governance standards
- Driving process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
