About the Industrial Training Opportunity

Titan Company Limited is hiring a CA Industrial Trainee for its Commercial Finance team within the Taneira Division. This role provides hands-on exposure at the intersection of finance and retail, supporting real business decisions in a fast-scaling apparel retail environment.

Role Details

• Role: CA Industrial Trainee – Commercial Finance
• Division: Taneira
• Training Period: 1 year (as per ICAI norms)
• Joining Preference: Before mid-February / Immediate joiners preferred

Responsibilities

• Commercial and financial analysis for the Taneira business
• Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis (FP&A)
• Pricing, margin analysis, and cost control
• MIS reporting and business dashboards
• Exposure to automation and analytics (including Python workflows)

Eligibility

• CA student eligible for Industrial Training as per ICAI norms
• Minimum 1 year of articleship completed

Must-Have Skills

• Strong MS Excel skills (pivots, lookups, data models)
• Data interpretation and business insights
• Basics of accounting, costing, and taxation
• Strong analytical rigor and attention to detail

Nice-to-Have

• Data analytics mindset
• Exposure to Python, SQL, Power BI
