Valmiki Leela Capital is hiring a CA Industrial Trainee – Investment Banking for its Ahmedabad office.

This role offers hands-on exposure to capital markets, financial advisory, and transaction support, making it ideal for CA students interested in building a career in investment banking.

Investment Banking

Key Areas of Exposure

  • Financial due diligence, valuation support, and transaction advisory
  • Ind AS financial reporting and quarterly/annual results review for listed entities
  • IPO and capital market assignments
  • Financial modelling, industry research, and investor presentations
  • Coordination with auditors, legal advisors, and management teams

Eligibility

  • CA Articleship student eligible for Industrial Training as per ICAI regulations
  • Strong understanding of Ind AS, financial statements, and corporate finance

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of SEBI regulations
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Analytical mindset and strong communication skills
